Very poor and insensitive promoters. This company lives from funding to funding. When they receive funding from investors, they head out and do reckless hiring at obnoxious cost and the moment their next round of funding is denied, they start sacking people mercilessly, which is extremely callous and irresponsible on their part and worrisome for the employees. This 9th of September, they sacked 40 employees without any rhyme or reason. Clearly they are struggling with their finances and they don't have any profits in their books. They have absolutely no sense about how the business should be run. On one hand they are hiring very expensive resources in the top management and on the other hand they are parting with the the feet on street resources, who are instrumental in bringing revenue to the organisation. The top management is extremely shallow and lack business sense. They have very little idea of how teams can be handled effectively and the best output can be derived from of there.
