      Boss was very unprofessional. Didn’t inform me that I had to come 15 minutes earlier. When I came for trial teaching, only showed me where the material is and goes back to her lesson. Didn’t really brief me or the students what to do. I was really confused. Ask me to do a mock up artwork but ended up didn’t teach cause students weren’t interested.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
