Kuprion has a fabulous team. Nowhere else will you find such a cohesive team that works so well together. The technology is going to change everything. It is fun to be a part of such a powerful product line. Love the management. So willing to collaborate and listen to ideas from everyone.

Typical strains of start ups... lots to do, not enough time or people to do it all.

Used to be a very flexible place

Building is a dated dump and a weird shared tenant of like 10 startups in 1 building. Company is extremely cheap and very bad decision making; no thought given to decisions of if we do this, then what will happen. Still extremely short staffed and workers wearing too many hats. Rampant unprofessionalism and incompetence allowed. Lax standards, No effort or priority to keep work areas clean and organized and No space to. Extreme disregard of safety. Lack of people management, no consequences for unethical and unprofessional behavior. Lots of favoritism and nepotism and overall clicky behavior. This place is a hot dumpster fire and will not succeed unless major changes are made and allowed to be made for the better. Recently was acquired by macdermid alpha so more politics now. The medical insurance premium is crazy expensive and garbage. Benefits are laughable compared to others in Silicon Valley.
