Thank you for your feedback. We have four short - long term strategic goals: 1) build a world class product / platform; 2) create a great employee experience; 3) generate cash flow to be self-sufficient; and 4) be profitable in order to define our own destiny. Our entire world revolves around product and as our product goes, so will the rest of the company.
We have made significant advancements in our product / platform in the past two years, and these growing pains can be particularly painful for our team. That being said, I hope this approach doesn't change. I really don't want our product or platform to stagnate. I want us to continue to evolve, be a thought leader in our space and test the limits of what is possible.
As we introduce new features, we can struggle with providing the rest of the organization the capabilities and resources to catch up, but we are doing our best, and we are very conscious of the impact this has on our employees.
One item that I would point out, we have added 100+ FTEs this year. I hope that addresses your concerns around resources. We have about 40 reqs open, and I hope we will fill them with your help over the next few months.
