Pretty good package for freshers.

I mostly got websites and POC projects, whereas I wanted products. So I feel like the company has more interest in pure visual projects

Your effort will be recognized and valued. The Culture is very Warm and motivating. The interiors are so well designed that you will automatically feel like working here. The management is cordial. The CEO has a great vision which will motivate anybody who is passionate. The compensations benefits are good. HR and Finance takes prompt action on all type of problem any employee may face. You will make good friends during your tenure at Kutung.

Nothing much. Overall it's good. It's grow and surely will grow. You stump and fall at times when you start walking but one day you can run. I believe even Kutung will run a marathon one day.
