- The pay is sold to you as commission over time which looks good on paper, but the CEO fires people after 6months so you never earn your fair share. - The salary is way below industry standard. - The CEO has founder syndrome and tries to control every. The CEO also personally attacks his employees. - Toxic environment

Management, from the owner to the director constantly micromanages employees, creating a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. Staff are either quitting frequently or being terminated, which says a lot about the company culture. The workload and expectations are very high considering the low wages being offered, with little to no opportunity for growth or career development. What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism in the workplace. Management often used foul language, and employees felt like they were being watched at all times. Overall, the work environment is toxic, exhausting, and not a place where employees feel valued or respected.
