Pros
- Regional managers are amazing, truly there to help you succeed and never overbearing
- Pay and benefits were great for what I needed
- Work-life balance
Cons
- Upper management constantly changing which in turn kept changing the company standards
- Commissions were unobtainable without long tenure in the territory and a good client base, which was only obtainable if you had a long-standing history with clients or territory
- MASSIVE territories - covered 4 states, lofty expectations with little reimbursement for personal car (company cars weren't a thing)
- No office, no culture - you're on your own
