Inconsistent hours, and lack of compassion for employees. - Sales Associate/Cashier Kwik Shop Employee Review

Did not work with my scheduling requirements, and would say they'd work with me, but kept scheduling me on days I could not work. Also, managers would make you feel bad if they did not have anyone to work or someone called in, and guilt trip employees to coming in or make another employee work a double. Just overall no compassion or empathy to try and work with schedule requirements or overworking employees.
