Pros
Profit sharing Flexible hours (for the most part) Wage isn't bad for work.
Cons
You're allowed 2 10 minute breaks per 8 hour shift. But company policy says if you are on break and more than 3 guest gets in line, you have to stop your 10 min break and go back to work. Or if they need you for another reason you go back to work. It's already sickening to try to eat a meal in 10 minutes but god forbid you have to call home and check in on your children or use the bathroom, you can't even have the 10 minutes if you're "needed". I say needed in quotes because really, it's 10 minutes. Most places allow a 30 min lunch period but not kwik trip. And the break they do allow you still have to put the store and customers first. There are plenty of successful businesses who don't allow their customers to harass or verbally abuse employees, you know, because their employees matter to them. However, not at kwik trip. If a customer is acting like that our number #1 rule is to still try and make customer happy by all means. So sure, they act like they care about their employees by offering 40% profit sharing, but do they really? Also, most stores understand 3rd shift and the employees can't finish all assigned tasks and therefore get harassed and talked about by other coworkers on other shifts but management doesn't care because they are saving a couple bucks by not adding another person to 3rd shift. So nice of them.
