      Pros

      End of the year bonus check, great work/life balance, good people. PTO/vaca days! Management is invested in your success. Pay is competitive and they are really raising the bar! I love going to work every day! Their store leader training is very thorough, too.

      Cons

      Rude customers. Note: auto withdrawal on 401k increases 1% every year if you don’t change your settings! (Not really a con but something to be aware of)

      Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
