Salary was acceptable & promised increases

Horrific management. Bullying tactics used. Staff sacked for very minor things, support given is non-existent. Hired incredibly junior staff members who did not understand how poor the treatment was.

Totally no benefits and pros of working there

I left job because I was harassed multiple times by one of the team leaders, after reporting it to management I was told to solve issue myself because person which physically and mentally harassed me is "stressed". After it ended in bigger argument and unacceptable behaviour from other person (knocked board of my hands which I was handling), manager told me that I don't even deserve an apology from her. Job is underpaid for requirements and lack of communication is on another level. No toilet roll or soap in toilets which are dirtiest place which I ever seen (stinks 10 times worse than public toilets). Totally unsatisfied with the company.
