We don't even take interns anymore. You can just look at the professionals on our website and review their careers.
2. I'm sorry that you perceived the, "CEO and his lackeys" as "inept." As you likely know from the fact that we have open and transparent financials and customer feedback to our whole staff, our performance doesn't match up with your ad hominems, much less any "bleeding." Just look at our website to see our unfiltered customer feedback. Additionally, we're proud of our "fortress" balance sheet.
3. We prize strong performers who bring ideas to the table. 65% of our leadership team has been promoted from within and profit-sharing distributions have weighting based on tenure. Again, verifiable on our website.
We also prize our culture of performance, transparency, and competency.
