While the interactions I had with the individuals through the hiring process were pleasant, this company is so disorganized and a complete waste of time for prospective candidates.
Cons
I was initially ghosted from my interview process. No response or follow up for a few weeks, then out of the blue provided a verbal “offer” over the phone with pressure for me to commit to the position. The talent acquisition representative wasted 2 weeks of my time with back and forth conversations and no formal offer letter. I was never provided a reason from 3 different personnel, of various levels of the organization, as to why I wasn’t provided a formal offer letter, but assured it would be handled promptly. I ended up accepting a different company’s offer as they were much more professional and organized. I wouldn’t recommend this company after the experience I had as a perspective candidate.
