No opportunities for career progression, internal promotions and job transfers are only offered in very limited circumstances. Salary increases are very low, typically being something like 2% or 3% every year, no pay rises are offered as a result of performing above your role and taking on additional responsibility Company isn't always forward thinking and sometimes doesn't plan ahead which can in too much workload at times.
