      Too many people just out of school who would vibe code / use AI for everything, which led to a mess of code to fix.

      - Great people - Flexible hours and remote work - Great for career advancement - Really cool first-of-its kind product - Really nice benefits (health+dental)

      Cons

      - Schedules vary wildly by team. Some are very laid back while others are a frantic mess - Team members are swapped between projects frequently - Unrealistic schedules (often forced by customers) cause project failure - Extremely bad IT - Burnout
