If you love making others feel good and the interaction you have with your clientele, this is definitely a good job for you.
Cons
Very rigid franchise guidelines leaves it difficult to grow your business on a local level. Franchise owners are simply that. Owners. They are not involved in the day to day operations, are nearly invisible, and tend to have a difficult time identifying with the issues of their employees. The pay also leaves a lot to be desired. Luckily, the clients tend to tip well, which helps a bit.
