Keep freelancers for YEARS without awarding them company discount or benefits Long hours with no overtime and no paid personal days, sick days or holidays for freelancers Freelancers do not have the same growth opportunities as full time associates but sometimes have the same or more daily responsibilities. Sometimes freelancers have even been managers of a department for YEARS before being hired full time. This is a multi-billion-dollar company - they should be able to hire their long-term freelancers. Very political - be careful who you trust and how you interact with others.
