Good company benefits. Nice to have an on-site clinic. In house fitness center for the administrative office.

Family owned. Upper management is and always be family. "Good 'ol boy" system is strongly in place. Their Human Resources Department is not effective since the family has final say. Plant workers are not treated the same as the office workers.

We were given holidays off where some companies won't and the day before the holiday maybe worked half a day.

There were some unfriendly, backstabbing coworkers at this company and unprofessional management.
