      Pros

      Really good benefits and a great team. I have worked here a very long time so seen everything including the changes. Its getting better but still work to do.

      Cons

      Poor pay for some roles, bullying, too many emails, there is no collaboration between departments. Recruitment is a massive problem because lots of people in the wrong job or are related to someone in the company.
