      The owner takes care of her employees. > Flexible with work from home options > PTO > Holidays all Federal holidays plus Birthday >Insurance benefits 60% covered > Positive work environment > HR that ensures people are satisfied with and recognized when a task is well performed. > A family atmosphere including parties, camping trips, and company outings > Regular company lunch meetings > Bonuses.... > Certification training
