Pros
It is true the this company may ask you to travel a lot. But they will for sure ask your availability before assigning you the job. They pay well (actual extra) when you need to travel, meals, drinks and stay in nice hotels etc. Office space is small, but everyone in the office is helpful and nice. A lot of snacks and drinks to enjoy. Sometime company treats pizza and milk teas. Sales team. You get well paid because their products are fast and easily selling. You get commission for what you sold.
Cons
Small work space. Their HQ is small so you don't get a big work zone. If you work for their event, you will need to carry the storage boxes. Multi-task: Since it is a small team, most likely you will be assigned multi tasks at a time. They will for sure give you a timeline to finish the job. But if you are not a multi-task person, this is not the job for you. Long hour travel: Like I said in the Pros, they will assign you for long hour travel (if your availability allows). The travel time can be 4-5 hours. You don't need to drive. But it can be tiring to just sit in the car. But if you wanna make more money, skip this one, long hour travel get paid well!
