      Pros

      Supportive and professional government contractor for those working in librarianship.

      Cons

      The HR employee I worked with towards the end of my time at LAC Federal left a lot to be desired. But, overall I had a great time working for LAC Federal and I recommend them to someone looking for a job especially in librarianship.
