Lousy managment - Anonymous employee LAC Global Employee Review

Lousy top management ever seen, never walk the ground only one ear sided and listened to those that carry "BALLS" and those people like it. FULL of gossipers that are jealous of others good results and BACK STAB you if you are too good. Messy working environment that's why SO MANY staff come and go. There are more to say, however if you join them you are at your OWN RISKS and really meant it unless you want to mess the system further.
