We take all claims of this nature extremely seriously and have escalation processes, policies and procedures in place to mitigate any of this suggested conduct. We have a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs, discriminatory and inappropriate behaviour. We believe in holding ourselves to a high standard of accountability in how we act and make decisions at work both in person and virtually and when we are representing LADbible Group outside of work. We have launched a Respect at Work policy which outlines our expectations around how employees behave. All of our employees are also undertaking training to embed and ensure understanding around expected behaviours. We have a blended approach to working in the office which we feel offers a great balance between home and office days. We work hard to ensure our offices are a great place to work. We appreciate that not everybody will have interest in utilising the bar area which provides both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks on Thursday at 4pm and on special occasions.
