Pros

*Some talented and creative individuals work here, and the brand has strong visibility in digital media. *Occasional opportunities to work on high-profile campaigns. *Nice offices and sometimes free food

Cons

*The culture can feel toxic and cult-like, heavily influenced by outdated 'lad' culture references. *Very little flexibility for parents or those planning to start a family. Working mums in particular seem to struggle with balancing childcare and work demands. *Mandatory three days in office fosters a strong culture of presenteeism, with little regard for individual circumstances or productivity. *A heavy drinking culture dominates social interactions, which can feel exclusionary or uncomfortable for some. *Employees are routinely overworked and underpaid. Despite frequent messaging around mental health, genuine support is lacking. *Leadership is disconnected from staff, creating a clear ‘them vs. us’ divide. Transparency is minimal, and employee input is often dismissed. *No real investment in training or professional development. Career progression is virtually nonexistent. *High turnover across teams, including among new starters, speaks volumes about the internal culture.

Pros

Great team effort with my immediate colleagues to do the best we can in a sinking ship. There are a few good eggs in the business to have banter with that make coming to the office tolerable.

Cons

Pay bracket is way below market rate, yet management are surprised when they struggle to retain/ hire staff. Toxic culture that overlooks bullying and segregation based on if you are a member of the elite social hierarchy. Misogyny is at an all time high, they may as well bring back cleavage Thursdays.
