      Small companies all have similar challenges during growth phases, so there's nothing new there.

      Small company, alot to learn, perfect for someone who is trying to get into IT, help's with getting alot of certification.

      Cons

      Not much, schedule could be more standard 9-5, but i dont blame them since it is a MSP
