Pros
Good exposure to regional and global projects. Lots of responsibilities and decision making autonomy, as regional budget management was handled by the local office. Strong understanding of benefits of marketing and PR. Lots of opportunity to learn about the industry and grow professionally.
Cons
Lots of management changes between 2013 and 2015, that made job scope and projects undefined. Challenging period for teams and individuals as communication within team was poor. Global and regional exposure dwindled down along with budget.
