      Welcoming work culture. Nice core people to work around working with diverse teams with various backgrounds. Nice benefits package.

      Cons

      Need to get to management level to open visibility to new job opportunities and growth within the company. Sometimes difficult to reach these levels as a junior level employee.

      Cons

      This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
