      I’ve been with the company for 2 years now, starting off in a temporary role before moving into a permanent position, and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The work keeps me on my toes, I’ve learned a lot, and I really enjoy the people I get to work with.

      Cons

      Overall, it’s been a really positive journey and I’m glad to be part of it.

      Pros

      • Friendly • Supportive • High/positive energy • Appreciative • Great listening and understanding (your opinion matters) • Great environment • Competitive pay • Excellent teamwork • Very renowned doctors from across the country • Great communication throughout the company • They genuinely want to provide the best care possible for patients

      Cons

      • Work schedule can change often and suddenly. (But they try to accommodate everyone’s needs) • Fast-paced and mentally and physically challenging (yet rewarding) • A LOT of additional responsibilities and little time to accomplish them. (However, they are reasonably understanding and try to provide help, or extra needed time, if you’re having trouble or running behind on tasks)
