A good company to learn a lot. The best benefit are the airline tickets. Very good health insurance for employee (HMO Florida Blue). Expensive to add spouse or kids. 10 holidays. 2 personal days. Relatively flex time. 9-5.30 with half hour lunch or 9-6 1 hour lunch. Summer fridays. Very friendly and latin culture.
