Pros

If you're hard-working and proactive, this company will embrace you. They really do care about their people and senior leadership is so approachable. On Fridays, we can work from home and close the office at 2pm. Dress attire depends on your day and can range from jeans to a suit. They paid for me to do extra education here and there. They support my participation in trade associations and extracurriculars. Super flexible with PTO and sick time too.

Cons

Not as many opportunities for growth just due to the small size. We're at about 250 employees right now. Could use some operational process improvements but they're always improving and they ask for feedback from employees in the field all the time. And they actually use the feedback to make improvements!

Pros

About 250 employees right now and I like that size. It's easy to get your voice heard and we have great benefits. Fair insurance, lots of holidays, and 2pm close every Friday. I really like my colleagues locally and at corporate.
