Nice organization to start a career with. People are friendly, Great mission and faith based.

Salaries not as competitive with similar companies. When it comes to growth opportunities a major preference given to “Adventist” employees, even if they are less qualified. Considering this is a healthcare organization and preventative/well being health care is very important, while the benefits are sufficient the insurance and copayments are quite expensive. PDO barely covers the actual federal holidays required to take off so it leaves no room an actual paid vacation.
