      Benefits, rice, uniform,birthday and medical allowance . Very friendly co workers and 13th and 14th monthpay

      Cons

      Extended working hours, full workload, stressful environment, Hard to approved leaves amd even a birthday leaves. Bosses keep shouting and saying fault words. Management who doesnt care with employee.

      The general manager was understanding, approachable and empathetic. The work environment is ok, just do your job and you'll be ok.

      Cons

      Some co worker friction, but the management quickly dismissed that.
