      Less salary, bulky works, no overtime despite works was exceeded within regular hours, without a promotion, all positions must be apply.

      The general manager was understanding, approachable and empathetic. The work environment is ok, just do your job and you'll be ok.

      Cons

      Some co worker friction, but the management quickly dismissed that.
