Most people working here are friendly, the office is nice and clean, pretty good work life balance.

Salaries are on the low end. Adoption of new tech is very slow, processes are poorly defined, testing and automation are not consistently implemented, very little direction from management, performance reviews are perfunctory, little growth potential, no training/learning culture.
