IT hardware and software is literally a joke - very frustrating if you are on the dev / tch side of things . I never actually was fully provisioned with access to the right drives in a year and a half! Seemingly no meritocracy as certain IT product owners know nothing about their product) , are not technical and have no true interest in improving the systems ... ( eg storing master data source IDs in downstream systems is not something they are going to change even though it causes the majority of the daily incidents). Most people there happy to tread water rather than progress
