Pros
LCOR has been a great place to work. They have wonderful benefits like paid vacation days, commission, 10 days of paid vaction/sick & personal days. They gave us a Christmas bonus and a raise at New Years. My coworkers are a lot of fun and we all help each other out. The pay for a leasing agent is better than most of the surrounding properties. My property manager is very understanding and flexible, she works with my schedule.
Cons
I would say that the only downside in this business is working weekends as a leasing agent...but that is to be expected with the job! You have to work when everyone else is off of work so that they can come see the apartments. There is also not much room for growth in the company because the job turnover is very low. My manager has been here since the property opened (which is FANTASTIC) but unless I am willing to move out of state I can see how it is close to impossible to move up in the company.
