I've been with LCS almost three years and my 'new company glow' has not worn off. LCS has an incredibly collaborative culture where you can feel that people are working together towards serving our seniors. LCS' leadership cares about us as employees and listens to feedback and takes action. We are provided with frequent and robust development opportunities and given the time to invest in ourselves.
