* the people - amazing, inspiring, motivated individuals * the values - the organization honestly grapples with what it means to live your values * the mission - it gives a lot of meaning to what you do
Cons
* while one of the most professional NGOs around, it is still a startup, and as such is still defining many of its processes and approaches. This can be an advantage to people who like a less structured environment or enjoy contributing and co-designing these things
