Pros
This company is one of the very few companies I've seen that truly value culture and their employees. They are very open to flexible ideas and plans to ensure they provide an family oriented feeling in their approach. The company is still growing which means there is a lot of opportunities in career. There is many roads you can take, based on your skills and career direction but this means there is a lot of work too. This company has a lot of goals and I have personally implemented many changes and proposals that I believe would be beneficial. I was pleasantly supported and motivated on the execution of my projects. This is very different from my experiences in the past as I have worked in larger corporations before where I felt disposable and not heard. So this is definitely a place you grow, if you are up for the challenge. And if you are up for the challenge, you will see the impact it has on the company well-being. The people and co-workers are also super nice. Everyone is very supportive of each other and works as a team, even if they're not in your department.
Cons
The company is still growing and changing so you'll need to be able to be flexible and adaptive. Really depends on the person if they like a strict set of duties, or if they are a person that wants to venture out and try new ideas. I put this as a con as some people like to only do things in a certain way and stick to it. It wasn't a big con for me as I like venturing new outlooks and ideas but I can see some people may not like this method.
