Pros

Currently employed as an IT Tech Support Analyst handling Tier II/III or Senior level issues. The company was for until the recent acquisition by a company in South Dakota. The IT Support Department works hard to to ensure that our customers reported issues are resolved. My colleagues are awesome. Casual dress. I can work from home for a day or two at a time if needed. Accrue PTO time for after hours calls.

Cons

Kind of a little chaotic at the moment as the company transitions to the new company for leadership.
