Sick leave isn't really sick leave. You get the hours, but you still get an attendance ding if you take one, which for common things like colds or flu especially during the winter is a little ridiculous. But that is a very SMALL gripe.

Benefits are solid, people are great, CEO walks the floor and says hello regularly.
