Pros
Work remotely, great pay, small company, so there's an opportunity to learn a lot. The three partners that started the company are all brilliant, with engineering degrees and MBA's from MIT.
Cons
The work can get a little monotonous, but if you're okay with repetition, then I highly recommend it.
