A company that offers zero flexibility, NO WFH and strict 9 hours of office time, salary deductions apply if the average is less than 9 hours. The HR team is absolute unprofessional bunch which considers themselves as masters and the rest of the employees as Slaves. The management here truly thrives on atmosphere of fear and threats. The employee policies related medical insurance, term insurance are a big negative. I wouldnt recommend this company to any professional.
