1. There is a strict work-from-office policy. 2. A mandatory 9 hours in the office is required. If this is not followed, leaves will be deducted in the following month. 3. Team leads and managers expect employees to address them as “Sir” rather than by their names; otherwise, they get offended. 4. Senior employees rarely leave the company. It reflects a “lala company” culture, especially in the MS division, where I haven’t seen any senior employee leave; only newcomers tend to leave within a year. Most team leads and managers are middle-aged and come from the same previous company, which contributes to a toxic work culture. 5. The management is not open to feedback or change. They do not listen to employees and get offended if questioned. 6. In time is valued more than actual work output. Employees who come early but do no work are considered good, whereas those who come late but complete their tasks are seen negatively. 7. Salary hikes are similar for both deserving and undeserving employees. 8. There is nothing to learn in the TV domain here. Most new implementations are done by HQ Korea; employees at LG Soft India mainly handle bug fixing and migration. 9. The notice period is 90 days. 10. The canteen food is charged high and not of good quality. 11. There are limited recreational facilities, only two TT tables, which are usually crowded.
