      The remit of work conducted for the NIHR and the NHS

      Cons

      CCF - particularly the Operations Team has a very high turnover with no control over unprofessional behaviour. The managers don't care for their staff and the hard work they do.

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
