      excellent corporation vision and execution benefits room for personal career growth rapid company growth making the world a better place with the products/services offered

      Cons

      fast growth equates to chaos at times - established company with a startup culture employee turnover not the highest pay, (but they're working on that at a big scale)

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
