Growing company with opportunity for advancement and opportunities out of state (California and Arizona) if that interests you. Getting to work close with owner and partners makes you feel like your idea's are heard. Learning about the back end of the business, getting to see the financial side of the Restaurants and being treated like an owner. The pay is really competitive for the market and they are good about giving raises and recognizing hard work. Getting to work with other passionate people and be part of a culture of like minded, driven professionals. The food is great too!
Cons
High expectations from upper management. Long work weeks, long days. Benefit package is better than most other restaurants but still not as great as you will get in a bigger company or "corporate" restaurant.
