good incentives, wework is good to work in, clear career progression, very high performing environment
Cons
didn't let us wear shorts in the heatwave, but the overall office dress code isn't clear. IT support could be a bit better for a company of our size, the office manager is in charge of a lot of this and if she doesn't like you personally then it's hard to get things actioned or it's difficult to approach her with an issue in the first place.
