- Fun culture with great incentive trips (though very focused around drinking/going out) - Clear track to promotion - Good people to work with -Office culture really encourages you to work harder
Cons
- Micromanagement and lack of autonomy - Really long hours, boiler room - Favoritism runs rampant in the office
